What We’re Up To
Hey y’all!
Hope you had a very Happy Thanksgiving with your friends and fam over the past couple of days. We enjoyed ourselves around these parts. Probably ate a little too much, but that’s what the gym is for, right? The holidays are officially here.
We dropped a new episode last week, where we got into one-and-done, R&B supergroup, Lucy Pearl. We discussed how they gave us one of the greatest albums of all time, and then bounced.
Get into it here if you haven’t already.👇🏾
Make sure to lock in for our next episode coming on Friday!

Tough Cookie: The Wally “Famous” Amos Story
We were in a hotel in Cali a few months back, and ended up watching a show on the History Channel called The Food That Built America, and this episode was about successful cookie companies, and Famous Amos was one of them. It was an interesting watch, they got into the rise and fall of the company, and briefly got into his personal life, but not too much. Well, this podcast gets into everything that wasn’t talked about on the show.
Vanity Fair’s new podcast, ‘Tough Cookie: The Wally “Famous” Amos Story,’ traces the life of a Black pop culture icon through the eyes of his daughter, Sarah Amos. He built a cookie empire—but didn’t get the happy ending he’d hoped for.
